The meaning of rerenascence

I have trouble keeping up with anything. But you know what? I am allowed to dip in and out. Maybe one day I will be all in and stay in.

I have always loved the names people come up with using their own names when it comes to blogs or usernames. I always felt a bit left out because I never knew exactly what to do with my name. What r-word could I use that meant something to me?

Renaissance came to mind. Much better than Arena, although that would be funny because any time I am asked my name I say, "Uhh Rena." But I didn't want the blog to sound like a battleground. I was still finding myself. Still looking for the right word.

Fascinated with the idea of rebirth, redefining yourself, not staying the same, and being in a constant state of change we wandered deeper into words and their meanings. And with my coming and going, what better word to use than a derivative of renaissance? That leaves us with renascence, the revival of something that has been dormant.

Rather a joke with myself that I keep leaving this space cold and coming back to it. I am not claiming to be fine art or anything special. But here we are. Waking again to share thoughts into a void. Hello again void!
